Mr Dannie Lucas, College Manager/Chief Instructor

Mr Lucas is the Chief Instructor and Owner of TMAC.

Mr Lucas begun his martial arts training at the age of 7 in traditional Lau Gar Kung Fu and Kickboxing. Mr Lucas is currently a 3rd degree blackbelt and has competed at a national and international level.

After a short career with the Metropolitan Police Mr Lucas started teaching full time in 2006 and has been in the martial arts community his entire life.

Kieran Leinster, Boxing Coach

Kieran started his training in freestyle kickboxing and Mixed Martial Arts but moved over to boxing his preferred style. After a very successful amateur career wining a number of titles including the highly respected Queensbury League titles before turning pro.

Kieran also works as a Personal Trainer and fitness coach so his abilities to push you in classes with an educated and well practiced structure is the perfect blend of his Lightsout boxing style and his fitness approach.

Stef Damcova, Kickboxing Coach

Stef started with us at the end of 2020, a great coach and perfect for helping you build your core skills and prep you for your martial arts journey.

Stef is passionate in mobility training and is experienced in Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and K1 she is a great asset to the team.

Rocco Skert, Kickboxing Coach

Rocco is a 1st degree blackbelt and very experienced competitor and popular coach. Currently studying at Kings University College Rocco has competed for many years representing Italy at various events and competing all over the world.

A tough competitor and disciplined coach Rocco will help you build your technique and get you ready for competition while motivating you to train hard and improve every class.

Sam King, Kickboxing Coach

Sam is a technician and great at building technique through both focus pads and technical sessions. With a Blackbelt in Karate Sam brings a wealth of knowledge and experience working the corner at a number of fight events alongside Pro MMA Fighter Nathan “Bag and Tag’ Jones on shows such as Bellator, BAMMA and Cage Warriors.
